Small Business  ·
Making your trips a little easier

A world without tourism is what we have just experienced. Communities and small businesses have always had an over-reliance on tourism. Coronavirus has revealed the danger of this over-reliance, demonstrating in brutal fashion what happens when an industry supporting an entire community, at the expense of any other more sustainable activity, collapses. This is now our chance to step away from this destructive cycle and do things differently.

Small businesses need better ways to attract customers across the country to their towns, villages, shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. At present people are unable to experience a destination online, immerse themselves in it and feel a part of it.

Our solution

Littletrips is a space to promote domestic travel across towns and villages around the UK. People will be able to discover amazing locations closer to home and see what these places offer in terms of history, food, drink and culture. With the ability to curate their own little trips itinerary at the touch of a button and invite family and friends along too. Making tourism easier, more affordable and on their doorstep.

A problem worth solving

Travellers want to go off the beaten track and understand what it is like to live, feel, eat and drink like a local. 64% of global consumers go as far as saying that experiencing the authentic culture of a place is the most important thing to them when going on a holiday.

Small businesses have a need to promote themselves within the space they are located, focusing on what makes them unique and part of their special town or village. What Littletrips offers is more than a trip booking, it is a full trip experience. A place where people can get wrapped up in the life, culture and taste of these towns, villages and small businesses.
